Diehard Cut Lists
Wow, just finished the updated rosters, things went about as I had pictured them as far as the bidding goes. Kampy came out of the woodwork with a strong bid. I got lucky beat Razz by a few cents, sure he's happy about that! Looking over the rosters it looks like Bob and Razz will be major players in the NL draft early with 2 picks each before anyone else has a move. In the AL Jeff played his cards perfectly and will pick (my prediction special of the night) Dice K and Harden to go with King Felix. I haven't really looked closely at who's available but I'm curious to see what everyone's thought's are.

I think it is clear that Bob Obermeier did the best job. I don't know him but it looks as id he really know his shit. I'm very glad he is not in my league. Good luck beating him this year.
Best Regards,
Jack Nife
This is a test message
Biggest surprises were Bob cutting down to two in the NL, Jeff not keeping Harden after giving up the farm for him (though he has two picks to get him back with, so maybe that is the plan), RV keeping I-Rod in the AL but not keeping Fielder in the NL, and Carl not keeping Dunn and/or Hamels.
Yeah, I never really thought about taking Dice K that early, to be honest. Hes unproven, but could be very good. If Carls prediction is right then Isaacs will have one hell of a starting pitching trio. Especially because I think this is the year King Felix busts loose.
Harden is the hardest player in MLB to draft in my opinion. If he pitches 200 healty innings he will take the Cy from Santana if for no other reason than the voters are looking for someone else to give it to. But the odds of him pitching 200 healthy innings have to be less than 1/3? If he pitches 150 really good innings is he worth a top pick? Maybe. Sort of like drafting a really young pitcher versus a Carpenter or Santana. The young guys will never be allowed to throw 230plus innings so they don't impact your staff like the guys above or even a healthy Halladay.

The things that surprised me the most were Kamp's high bid and everyone cutting so low in the NL. Carl's prediction in AL may very well come true, we'll see. I predict McCann will be first pick in NL.
I'm salivating over the NL players that will be available. There are about 7 or 8 guys I'd love to have with my first few picks.
test message.
like who Razz? Give us some hints.
Mr Self, I was thinking of taking Aaron Miles. Hes got the point guard skills that I like.
he's a Missouri killer too.
How I would rate the keepers.
AL-Kampy, Carl, Bob Great
